About

Hey! I'm Ayomide, and I am devoted to decoding algebra and basic math for students of all ages. My services are a mix of tutoring, coaching, and mentoring. I have 5 years of experience with helping students grasp math.

I have something called hypercalculia; this means I understand math and patterns in a unique way. I excelled in Algebra (perfect score on all tests and the state test) and now it's my job to bring others to the level of mastery!

Most importantly, I'm skilled in translating the complexity of mathematics and my processing into the direct language needed for the student. With my background in cognitive neuroscience, I've experienced how each brain has unique math processing! What makes me unique is my ability to understand my students' brains, how the process things, and tailor my teaching methods in real time!

If you're new to math or advanced. Ayomide will teach you in a way that you can understand. I had 10 lessons with her, she was very patience and excellent at explaining equations. I passed college algebra with her help.

My son just finished out the fall semester with an A- after struggling in Algebra for months!

I'd tried Khan Academy, IXL, even trying to learn the concepts myself to help him and it wasn't clicking. He has ADHD and can be easily distractable. Ayo has a way of connecting with him, being relatable, yet keeping him on track. I even hear laughs coming from his bedroom during their sessions!
